Project Overview

Depressed Helping is a graduation project that introduces a comprehensive web application to assist individuals struggling with depression. The platform integrates evidence-based interventions such as mood tracking, guided cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and access to crisis hotlines. Built using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, the application offers a user-friendly interface for self-management of mental health. It also includes a chatbot powered by AI to provide personalized guidance in Arabic. The project emphasizes scalability, security, and usability, aiming to deliver a safe and supportive environment that bridges the gap in traditional mental health services.
