Developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a TXT-based knowledge base, the chatbot addresses delays in traditional advising by offering 24/7 availability. Core features include instant query handling, escalation to human advisors for complex cases, interaction logging, and a user-friendly web interface. Pilot testing with students confirmed its usability and efficiency, highlighting its potential for integration with AI and NLP in the future. The project lays the foundation for smarter academic advising systems aligned with digital transformation in education.
